What We're Looking For:
Experience:
A minimum of
3 years
in a professional kitchen.

Comfortable collaborating with both kitchen staff and guests, creating a warm, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes aligned with the hotel's fresh and seasonal philosophy.
Communicate with the Garden Team to utilize the freshest produce available.

Deliver outstanding food and service while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
