As the Swedish speaking Customer Service Executive in South Africa (Remote), your primary objective will be to prevent issues, resolve inquiries, and exceed customer expectations.
You'll be the initial point of contact for their Swedish customers, assisting them through phone, chat, and email channels. This includes handling everything from order and product inquiries to payment concerns and website guidance. To excel in this job, you'll utilise various tools to research, navigate, and communicate solutions effectively.
Requirements for this Swedish speaking Customer Service Executive job in South Africa (Remote):
Minimum age: 18 years old Legal right to work in South Africa Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken) Completion of an NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12 qualification, or higher 1+ years' experience in inbound Customer Service, preferably in a BPO or contact center handling phone calls Competence in using computers Availability for varying shifts within a 24-hour Monday to Sunday timeframe Willingness to adapt to rotating shifts (including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime as needed) Dedicated, quiet workspace with a desk and chair,
