Reference: JHB001032-DS-1Role: Sales Administrator (ICT Operations)Location: Illovo, Johannesburg A leading successful telco is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their fabulous team! You would be key in assisting the Sales and Channel teams, being responsible for the sales documentations such as tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s, sales documentation and reports, renewals, contract documents and quotes. If you are able to engage with clients regarding billing or project queries, updating client information and have excellent interpersonal skills this role is for you. You will be articulate, client-centric and show great attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
This opportunity will allow you to work in a wonderful and collaborative environment, with an onsite canteen offering free meals (breakfast and lunches).
Experience or skills required:
Minimum 5 years proven work experience as an Account/Sales Support Administrator or similar role
Excellent computer skills & excellent knowledge Google Workspace i.e. Email, Proposals, Quotations, Online applications i.e. CRM, Pipedrive, (Twyn incoming) Quoting tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated & able to use your initiative
Proactive attitude with a passion for Client satisfaction
Commercial awareness
Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Commercial awareness and able to multi-task
