The successful candidate will be reporting to the National Service Manager and will be responsible for the following:Administration/ ReportingTo complete the required documentation needed for due diligence.Administrative function as required by the job function: Quotes to clients, invoicing, site reports.Remote monitoring / analysis of customer sites with Autoflame software and monthly reporting of sites.Contributing to the Service Department sales targets, and striving to generate revenue for the department.ResponsibilitiesAttending to scheduled maintenance,
servicing and daily breakdowns with a Senior Technician.Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.Planning and executing new site installations / jobs.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.Troubleshooting and solving complex engineering problems.Candidate AttributesGood understanding of Thermodynamics.Basic electrical knowledge (ELC1 & ELC2).Ability to work independently, efficiently and well under pressure.Implementing and maintaining quality control processes..Analyzing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Well, presented.Responsible & Accountable.Punctual / deadline driven/ good time keeping.Hard working and energetic.Willing to learn.Honest.Cultural fitLive the brand by living our core values.Always striving to do your best and be willing to rise up to any challenge presented to you.Candidate RequirementsB.Tech: Mech. Eng / N.Dip Mech EngValid driver’s licence.No experience in the Industrial/Engineering environment necessary, however beneficial.Computer literacy - Word, Excel, MS Teams, Sage Accpac advantageous.We want to ensure that all applicants have a fair and equal chance,
