Assist in overseeing the Workshop in the absence of the ManagerDetails Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)KPA 1: Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with Budget requirementsSale of labour hours, spares, and outwork to meet budget requirements.KPA 2: Ensure support and maintenance of current Customer BaseTechnical support, updated service related offerings , inspection of units in the field as and when required.KPA 3: Ensure development of new/potential CustomersIdentify new/potential customers, sale of service related offerings, customer visits, growth of short term fleet.KPA 4: Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the relevant function in accordance with the Companies Policies and ProceduresGenerating and submitting quotes, quote register, call reports, site surveys, technical reports and job card planning with mechanics
