We are searching for an Admin Coordinator to manage bookings of various medico-legal practitioners to ensure the effective organisation of the day-to-day patient schedule and customer experience.
Role purpose:
Full-time Admin Coordinator required to manage bookings of various medico-legal practitioners which includes telecommunication, documentation and filing to ensure the effective organisation of the day-to-day patient schedule and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Tertiary education in business administration or project management will be beneficial.
Experience:
2 years of Administrative related experience
Experience in working on administrative and accounting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Experience in accounts receivable and/ or payable.
Experience in project management and administrative coordination.
Experience in a medical and or legal environment
Knowledge and skills:
Strong management skills.
Multi-tasking skills
Organizational skills
Customer service skills
Knowledge of medico-legal environment
High proficiency in professional English (written and spoken). Multi-linguistic will be an added advantage (English and Afrikaans)

Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Duties and responsibilities
Understanding and overseeing administrative process.
Conveying administrative processes to new attorneys and experts.
Attending to daily emails and telephonic queries.
Management and coordination of administrative processes, such as:
Report requests.
Report follow-up and completion.
Sending out reports to attorneys.
Sending invoices.
Follow-up on payments.
Allocating payments.
Compiling and sending out monthly statements.
Management and prioritization of work flow within the business.
Supervision of the General Worker and Administrative Assistant.
Relationship management with experts.
Relationship management with attorneys.
Overall management of daily functioning including management of urgent requests.
Oversight over general maintenance of office.
Ordering of consumables and stationery for the office.
Ensuring that the physical offices remain in good condition, identifying problems and taking proactive action for example requesting quotes for service or replacement.
