Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing and Branding standardisation and implementation of branding guidelines
- Digital Marketing campaigns planning create engaging visual content for social media campaigns, manage brand aesthetics, and optimise designs for various platforms
- Creation of professional / attractive social media content / campaigns
- Understanding the mechanisms in social media to optimize Return on Investment (ROI)
- Social media management (scheduling posts, drafting of content, responding to comments, etc.) eg. Facebook; Instagram; LinkedIn
- Design art work for brochures/media /banner etc
- Creation of media and advertising for printing
- Provide support to the Brand and Marketing Coordinator
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Printers etc.) on production of marketing materials and assets
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Website updates and maintenance
- Co-ordinate with external vendors (printers, etc.)
- Provide support for video and photo shoots
- Writing and editing articles, blog posts, and other content
- Build, plan and implement digital marketing strategy
- Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
- Execute projects with the team to create content
- Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email,
and other platforms
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Completed Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Graphic Design experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Drivers License
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement of self and the organization
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
