Our Client in the Medical industry, is looking for a Pricing and Reimbursement Analyst. This position will be responsible for maintaining effective pricing and reimbursement practices, processes, and systems to support the effective sales and marketing of the Medical Companys products. Analysis, reporting, effective systemization and continuous improvement are key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pricing analyses and develop pricing strategies in line with market dynamics.
- Analyze reimbursement trends and policies, providing insights to support product launches and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on pricing and reimbursement initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on pricing and reimbursement data to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to pricing and reimbursement.
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum (Required): Bachelor degree in Commerce
- Preferred (Desirable): Specialisation in Engineering or Data Science preferred
Minimum Experience required:
- Minimum (Required): 3 years working experience with experience in MedTech / Health/ Pharmaceutical industry and intermediate MS Excel skills with demonstrable knowledge of formulas, data manipulation and data presentation
- Preferred (Desirable): Experience with SAP environment with working knowledge of pricing strategies and systems.
Essential Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement strategies in a MedTech environment
- Financial and mathematical acumen
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work across organizational levels
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (fully bilingual preferred)
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Able to work in a pressurized environment
