My client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Program Administrator to join their Bids and Compliance Unit. You'll play a vital role in supporting project managers and technical teams across various projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the bid and proposal process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards
- Oversee administrative tasks related to contract administration and construction compliance
- Prepare reports and manage project documentation
- Assist with project meetings and minutes
- Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:







- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering consulting or construction company
- Proven experience with FIDIC or NEC contracts, PMBOK terminology, and construction procurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
