Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Post-matric qualification in sales and/or marketing will be an advantage
- 4-6 years proven sales track record in FMCG / Retail / Wholesale sectors
- Established customer base in Cleaning, Hardware, Outdoor, Paint, Brushware products or similar
- Willing and able to travel
Key Performance Areas:
- Drive monthly sales targets within the assigned territory
- Utilize pricing structures effectively to achieve budget goals.
- Introduce and promote new products to customers, driving adoption and increasing market share
- Expand business by targeting and securing new customers in the region
- Provide weekly sales reports and detailed customer plans
- Submit thorough expense reports and market-related insights, including competitor analysis and market share updates
