Requirements:
- High degree of computer literacy in MS Office (particularly strong in MS Excel and MS Word).
- Experience in automotive estimating systems advantageous.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Creating and configuring of MS Excel sheets relating to project offers.
- Creating and updating of MS Word documents relating to project offers.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes required for project offers.
- Liaising with engineers and project teams to obtain information from site inspections.
- Creating and coordinating project handover documentation.
- Assisting with the creation of MS Excel spreadsheets to improve the efficiency of project costings and offers.
- Keeping file structures up to date.
- Adhoc tasks.
