Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk, capital, and liquidity management frameworks
- Advise on regulatory capital requirements, balance sheet management, and financial resources optimization
- Lead high-impact projects involving stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk appetite strategies
- Engage with senior stakeholders to present tailored risk management solutions
- Mentor junior team members and guide the execution of complex tasks under tight deadlines
- Participate in business development initiatives, helping to shape innovative solutions for clients
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in banking risk management or financial resources management
- Post-graduate qualification in Risk, Finance, or Quantitative fields (CFA, FRM, PRMIA, FIA/FASSA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of prudential regulations (Basel, ALM, liquidity, capital)
- Proven ability to manage projects and present ideas to senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building client relationships
