The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE).IIE Varsity College, Pretoria campus is seeking Part-Time Lecturers: Digital Marketing in the field of Digital Marketing to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies.JOB PURPOSEThe primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Lecturing/FacilitationMarkingStudent supportCompetencies Required:Communication skillsOrganisational skillsTime managementMinimum Education Requirements per module:Honours degree in Information Systems/Computer Science with Marketing up to a second-year level in an undergraduate degree.Alternatively:Honours degree in one other business-related field (Business Management, Supply Chain Management) plus completion of Information Technology modules up to a first-year level in an undergraduate degree;Honours degree in Marketing Management plus completion of Information Technology modules up to a first-year level in undergraduate studies;Honours degree in Web Programming and Marketing in Undergraduate studies.Minimum Work Experience Requirements:Industry experience in Digital MarketingLecturing experienceWorking Conditions:This is an Independent Contractor role.Owing to the volume of CVs received, we may not be able to personally contact all applicants.
