providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and team members.JOB DETAILSBase pay starts at $23.75 - $25.75 per hourDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperates machine and instructs line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals and requirementsSupport company Core Values, participate in Safe Work environment, and completes observationsRead and understand a production orderMeet company productivity requirementsMeet company and customer quality requirementsUse forklift, crane, and manual handling of materials, complete proper documentation for materials producedGood communication with Team, Supervisor, and ManagementMaintain promotability to Operator II and Operator IIIStanding and walking 8 to 12 hours every dayRepetitive climbing on and off equipment and laddersVarying and extreme working conditions outside (Hot, Cold, Rain, Shine)Qualifications1 year of experience - understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operationIncludes all line equipment, processes, and proceduresDetail and Quality OrientedVerifiable Dependability and EnergeticGood Communication SkillsBasic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches,
