Key Responsibilities: Prepare, bake, and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts in line with restaurant standards. Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new and seasonal menu items. Ensure all food safety standards are met, including the maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in the pastry section. Assist with stock control and inventory management of pastry ingredients. Manage junior staff and apprentices, providing guidance and mentoring as required. Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring timely production and consistency. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pastry Chef de Partie role or similar. Formal culinary training with a focus on pastry. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques,
including chocolate work, sugar work, and bread making. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
