Makgoba Tel No: (011) 812 5161/2Requirements: Basic Diploma/Degree that allows registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse and Midwife.A minimum of ten (10) years appropriate/recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing.At least six (06) years of the period referred above must be appropriate/recognizable experience in Critical Care Specialty after obtaining a one (01) year post-basic qualification in relevant specialty.At least three (3)





years of the period referred to above must be appropriate/recognizable experience at management level.Diploma or Degree in Nursing Administration/Management will be an added advantage.Proof of current year SANC registration.Basic Computer literacy is mandatory.Skills: Strong Leadership skills, Good Communication, Conflict management/Problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.Duties: Delegate, supervise, and coordinate the provision of effective and efficient patient care through adequate specialized nursing care.Monitor and ensure proper allocation and utilization of human, financial, and physical resources for different departments including effective bed management.Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff that will allow consistent flow of patient care by a Multi-disciplinary team.Ensure compliance with Health and safety standards and IHRM (Ideal Hospital Realization and Maintenance) including safe standards for emergency readiness,
