LITIGATION SECRETARY / TYPIST Location Montana, Pretoria Salary: R15 000 R18 000 Closing Date: 31 October 2024 MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY Our client, a large and well know Legal Firm based in Pretoria East, are currently looking for a Litigation Secretary/Typist, who can start immediately at their offices in Montana, Pretoria. Requirements: Matric 5 Years experience Litigation Paralegal Course Experience in Civil and Commercial litigation Experience dealing with Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Debt Collections Must be very well-spoken and presentable Computer Literate on the following programmes: MS Office Case lines, Court Online, Law74 (Dictaphone), Search Works and Light stone Own Transport Duties include,





but are not limited to: Preparing court statements and forms Dictating Lawyers audio files and written notes Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly Transcribing and proofreading legal documents Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders Collecting and delivering documents Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers Supporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff Diary management Application Instruction: Email: CV and a cover photograph (head and shoulders) Only applicants that reach the minimum requirements will be considered Correspondence will be entered into with short-listed candidates only.
