What You'll Be Doing:

- Seek out new business opportunities in the IT sector (Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters) through proactive research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, IT prospects, and industry partners.
IT Recruitment Expertise:
- Leverage your in-depth IT recruitment knowledge to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with client needs.
- Stay on top of the latest market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to remain at the cutting edge of the IT recruitment space.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment or sales.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, including current industry trends and key players.
- Exceptional communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
