We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, formal modeling, and a commitment to delivering long-term, sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the Client Data technology team to understand and enhance data sets, adding value to ongoing projects.
- Take ownership of the Client Data Product, ensuring data is accurately modeled and easily consumable.
- Develop a deep understanding of various business areas and use analytics-based insights to suggest ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.






- Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Follow the team's change control process for deploying and updating outputs in production.
- Document all processes and outputs thoroughly.
- Monitor and investigate any failed reports, applying appropriate fixes to ensure successful runs.
- Track the usage of created outputs, engaging with stakeholders to address any that are underutilized.
- Regularly interact with stakeholders to ensure outputs meet their intended purpose.
- Migrate existing analytics processes to Power BI and / or Synapse Analytics where possible.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong formal modeling skills.
- Experience in creating reusable assets and focusing on long-term solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and / or Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud-based tools for analytics, such as Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Analysis Services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.






- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into actionable outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively document processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

BCom Information Systems, BSc in Computer Science, or other relevant qualification.
