A leading FinTech company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their in-office team with the sole focus on driving revenue growth, expanding the client base and growing the Africa arm.
Qualifications:
- Related tertiary qualification such as a BCom
- Any sales related certifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial or tech sectors with a deep understanding of payment solutions (not negotiable)
- Extensive experience in doing business in different regions of Africa
KPAs:
- Sales strategy and execution
- Client relationship management
- Product positioning
- Sales team leadership
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Build revenue target and drive sales pipeline
