The role of the Information Support Analyst (Business Intelligence Developer) is to generate and provide timely and accurate reporting insights and analysis to all the business units within the Capricorn Group.
This role is expected to work closely with the Agile Development Team, internal business stakeholders, Application Administrators and other Capricorn Group IT platforms to collaborate and resolve support incidents and small changes. The Manage Engine (ME) calls that are assigned to the Information & Analytics(I&A;) Platform must be managed by the Information Support Analyst, who will also make sure that all analysis is finished before calls are assigned to peers. The role is responsible for allocating ME Calls and ensures that all calls are tracked and resolved in a timeous and effective manner as per the agreed SLA.
Minimum of 6 years development experience in BI Solutions (SSRS, SSIS,
SSAS and Power BI)
Minimum of 8 years in MS SQL Server databases and T-SQL scripting
Proficient in DAX (min 3years)
Microsoft Stack - SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and Power BI
