Sales Operations, Relationship Management and Performance:
•Provide Fleet and Rental customers, as well as the Dealer network with a high level of service support to ensure customer satisfaction and optimisation of sales results;
•Support the Dealer network terms of fleet sales and operations, in addition, assure these are done according to Company recommendations (physical dealer organisation, implementation of materials, human means and commercial policy application, including the Fundamentals of Commercial activity)
Implementation, Communication and/or Monitoring of:
Fleet and Rental sales results and profitability;
Fleet and Rental sales forecasts;
Marketing, advertising, and event activities;
Execution of incentives and promotions;
Maintenance of corporate identity;
Monthly and quarterly sales targets;
Vehicle allocations and stock management;
Sales programmes and best practice initiatives;
Regular Customer and Dealer visits;
Ensure coherence in the deployment of all commercial activities;
Oversee logistic and operational processes to ensure timeous delivery of vehicle to customers, submission of paperwork, and receipt of payment from customers;
Ensure efficient of communication between the Customers, and Dealer network;
Ensure the Dealer network adheres to Sales and Operational Standards;
Sales Planning:
Provide feedback on customer order pipeline/forecasting requirements;
Assist with the management of stock order forecasting;
Management of Company inventories, ensuring effective application of available stocks;
Ensure effective co-ordination of sales promotions and campaigns on a regional basis;
Market Intelligence / Reporting / Feedback:
Collate and report on competitor / retail activities in areas of responsibility;
Provide continuous feedback regarding Customer requirements and industry trends;
- Relevant Sales & Marketing or equivalent Tertiary qualification and advantage;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant position within the Motor Industry, with Dealer Sales and Fleet Sales experience being an advantage;
- An in depth understanding of Fleet and Rental sales, as well as the Motor Industry, with the ability to aid the growth and improvement of sales, Customer satisfaction, and Dealer operations;
- Ability to manage relationships with senior employees at Fleet and Rental companies;
- Autonomous functioning and self-reliance in maintaining own workflow,
priorities and meet business requirements and deadlines;
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with ability to establish new systems, processes and procedures;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Effective communication and Interpersonal Relations skills;
