Are you passionate about risk management in the banking and financial services industry? We're looking for a seasoned professional with over 4 years of experience to enhance our risk management strategies. If you have a proven track record in ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, and enterprise risk frameworks, this is your chance to make a significant impact
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk appetite frameworks and strategies to align with business objectives.
- Oversee the ICAAP and ILAAP processes to ensure regulatory compliance and sound financial resource management.
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analyses to assess potential risks and their implications on the organization's financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on enterprise risk management practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on regulatory and economic capital requirements, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management frameworks and practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management within banking and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of ICAAP/ILAAP, capital and liquidity management, and risk strategy development.
- Familiarity with stress testing methodologies, scenario analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements related to economic capital and enterprise risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
