Our client in Milnerton requires your minimum 10 years experience in maintenance where you have been the all-rounder, the "go to" person who will take care of the daily upkeep of their small company premises?
The position involves an independent worker, very reliable and dedicated attitude. The role includes managing all aspects, small or big, to ensure this property is well maintained, repairs are attended to and garden is maintained.
Must have drivers license & own vehicle highly advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent track record being the all-round maintenance individual at a company
- Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Top organisational ability to ensure the smooth running of property maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and Own transport
DUTIES
- Dealing with requests from the Owners
- Receiving and managing incoming stock
- Cleaning of laboratory equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the property
- Manage requirements for courier services and manage collections or drop offs
- Purchasing of consumables for cleaning that is required
- Manage any additional requirements needed by staff for client requirements
- Ensuring garden is maintained
Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
