Our Hospitality client provide guests with unique outdoor dining experiences that combine nature, relaxation, and top-notch service. Their picturesque picnic areas are a key attraction, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Picnic Attendant to help create memorable outdoor experiences for our client's guests.
Role Overview:
As a Picnic Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's picnic areas are beautifully maintained, setting up and organizing picnic experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in making sure our clients guests enjoy a seamless and relaxing day out in nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up picnic areas for guests,
including arranging seating, picnic baskets, and any additional items requested.
Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about the picnic setup and surrounding areas.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all picnic sites before and after use.
Deliver picnic hampers and food orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Monitor picnic areas to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
Provide assistance with any special requests, dietary requirements, or additional services.
Help organize and support outdoor events or group picnics as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the management team.
Assist with inventory management and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, outdoor service, or event management is a plus but not required – full training provided.
Strong customer service skills with a warm, approachable personality.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A love for nature and outdoor activities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
