This ever-growing business is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to take on the key role of overseeing the finance function in South Africa. As the most senior finance professional locally, you will play a crucial role in managing operations and reporting directly to the UK board. If you're looking for an opportunity to lead in a multinational environment and take charge of financial strategy and execution, this role is for you.
Other duties include:
- Reporting to the UK board with critical insights on South African operations.
- Managing the complete finance function, including budgeting and reporting.
- Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
- Collaborating with operational teams to drive performance.
- Leading initiatives to improve efficiency and implement best practices.
Education:
- BCom Degree with completed articles.
- Additional qualifications like AGA(SA), CIMA, or Honours (preferred).
Job Experience & Skills required:
- Minimum of 8 years in the commercial sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide a finance team.
- Experience reporting to international stakeholders or boards.
- Assertive, hands-on approach with a mature leadership style.
