Key Responsibilities:
- Ignite Your Passion: Process invoices using SAP software like a pro.
- Quality Control Champion:
Review coding and authorizations to keep our financial control environment top-notch.
- Balance Keeper: Monitor vendor account balances to ensure they stay in good standing.
- Data Detective: Assist in analyzing invoices by preparing reports that compare actual costs versus budgeted amounts.
- Reporting Rockstar: Maintain records for management reporting that spark insights.
- Query Conqueror: Address and resolve queries from vendors and employees with speed and precision.
- Relationship Builder: Forge and nurture strong connections with both vendors and team members.
Education and Qualifications:
- Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
- A driven self-starter with enthusiasm and the energy to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Well-organized with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
