Internal Sales Supervisor - Heavy Machinery Equipment Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Supervisor to join their team in the heavy machinery equipment industry. The Internal Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of internal sales representatives, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the heavy machinery equipment industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a team of internal sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching,





and support as needed.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to coordinate sales activities and achieve company objectives.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.At least two years of experience in the parts, Automotive, trucking, or earthmoving industryPrevious Sales experienceTime Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and motivational skills,
