Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting and Administration
Do the necessary reporting which includes daily diary entries pipeline report , client management system and sales reports as required
Customer satisfaction outcomes fed through to head office
Maintain sales records and documentation
Sales and Marketing Management
Telesales, cold calling Client appointments
Identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Maintain customer base and bring new clients on board
Grow market share in the area
Provide sales support to internal staff and technicians as and when required
Achieve the required number appointments and proposals per week
Meet monthly sales targets
Business Process
Live the company values
Adhere company processes / procedures and standards
Complete the necessary information and documentation in the business process as required within the correct time frame and accurately
Compile quotes/ proposals as and when required
Assist technical team with client liaison as and when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
2-5 years experience as a Technical Sales
Experience in selling overhead cranes
Technical skills required/ Computer Skills
Valid Drivers license with own vehicle
