You’re an experienced Quality Manager with a keen eye for detail, ready to take the lead in managing quality assurance on large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects. With over five years of experience in renewable energy, you’re proactive, analytical, and meticulous. You work well with diverse teams, communicate effectively, and take pride in ensuring high standards are met throughout project lifecycles. Your ISO 9001 and auditing certifications, paired with your solid industry background, make you the ideal fit for this role.
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
As the Site Construction Quality Manager,
you’ll ensure that all project specifications, designs, and quality standards are rigorously implemented and maintained. You’ll regularly inspect and test project components to ensure compliance and oversee contractors to ensure their operations meet the necessary standards. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan, reviewing documentation, and addressing any non-conformities or quality issues that arise. Conducting audits, tracking supplier performance, and providing monthly reports will keep you engaged in ensuring seamless project execution.

What you’ll need
You’ll need a strong background in quality management, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma certifications. Experience as a Quality Manager on renewable energy projects is a must, with a deep understanding of project execution in this sector. You should be a proactive team player, detail-oriented, and fluent in English, with excellent communication and report-writing skills. Being well-versed in MS Office, SharePoint, and ThinkProjects is also essential.
