A Dental Laboratory in Centurion, Pretoria requires a skilled and committed Dental Practice Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be able to start ASAP.
Key Requirements: Proficiency in computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with Elixir, Lab Net and/or Mede
Mass
Own reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities: Manage invoicing, fund allocation, and financial statements using Elixir and Lab Net
Update monthly turnover spreadsheets
Handle quotations, commission statements, and material updates
Manage outstanding accounts and submit bad debts
Process payments and respond to emails
Oversee administrative duties, including prescription bookings, courier orders,
and client services
Assist with petty cash, stationery, and grocery orders
Provide personal assistant support
Working hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday) NO WEEKENDSSalary: Competitive salary
