PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Are you a skilled Telecoms Team Leader looking to take your career to the next level. We have an amazing opportunity for you to work at the Head Office of a leading telecommunications company based in Roodepoort. A proven track record of driving sales performance and the ability to coach and develop your team is essential for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and Drive Performance: Propel your team to achieve monthly KPIs and targets.
- Track and Communicate Results: Keep everyone informed of sales goals and achievements.
- Develop and Train: Identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training and coaching.
- Manage Attendance and Engagement: Improve team commitment and performance.
- Retain Top Talent: Implement wellness and engagement initiatives to minimize attrition.
- Motivate and Inspire: Keep your team energized and striving for success.
- Support Disciplinary Actions: Handle misconduct matters, issue corrective documents, and chair hearings.
- Foster Open Communication: Maintain constant interaction with your team members.
- Assess and Implement Interventions: Observe and measure performance, then act accordingly.
- Support Sales Stages: Guide your team through sales processes and assist with client escalations.
- Report: Provide detailed weekly/daily reports to key stakeholders
- Develop Your Team: Use motivation, counselling, and education to build product knowledge.
- Forecast Sales: Provide accurate sales predictions.
- Resolve Complaints: Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Devise Strategies: Create sales techniques that boost performance.
- Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure sales team success
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric essential
- Must have at least 18 months experience as a Telesales team leader within a telecommunications call centre environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams
- Sound understanding of B2B sales within the telecommunications sector is preferred.

- Great Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 8 am - 5 pm
- Lucrative salary with uncapped commission.
