A Dental Laboratory in Centurion, Pretoria requires a skilled and committed Dental Practice Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must be able to start ASAP.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Elixir, Lab Net and/or MedeMass
- Own reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, fund allocation, and financial statements using Elixir and Lab Net
- Update monthly turnover spreadsheets
- Handle quotations, commission statements, and material updates
- Manage outstanding accounts and submit bad debts
- Process payments and respond to emails
- Oversee administrative duties, including prescription bookings, courier orders,
and client services
- Assist with petty cash, stationery, and grocery orders
- Provide personal assistant support
Working hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday) NO WEEKENDS
