BSc / BEng / BTech Electrical Qualification Requried
- Registered as Professional Engineer or Technician (Pr Tech Eng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
Experience Required :
- At least 6 - 8 year's working experience in the mining industry with a proven track record in engineering and commissioning
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Brownfields and Greenfields project execution experience
- Ability to work across all disciplines
- Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing, controlling, coordinating, and directing engineering activities
- ETAP capability optional
Main Responsibility :
- The primary function would be to design MV and LV electrical systems for mainly the mining industry.
- Assume responsibility and be willing to propose possible solutions within a process
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously and show inventiveness in the technology space.
- Experience required with project and team principles and methodologies.
