Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies: Craft and execute captivating marketing plans that resonate with our audience and align with our goals.
Campaign management: Lead diverse marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.
Content creation: Develop engaging content for brochures, newsletters,
social media posts, and our website.
Market research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors to keep us ahead of the curve.
Brand management: Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Analytics and reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insightful reports to optimise strategies.
Budget management: Manage marketing budgets effectively for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure seamless marketing efforts.
Event planning: Coordinate and manage promotional events, trade shows, and other exciting marketing activities.
Skills and qualifications:
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Marketing experience,
preferably in a similar role.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating engaging and persuasive content.
Creativity: A creative thinker with innovative ideas for standout marketing campaigns and materials.
Analytical skills: Proficient in analytics tools to measure campaign success and uncover actionable insights.
Digital marketing: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Project management: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
Technical skills: Familiarity with marketing software and tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
