Our client based in New Germany, is looking for an Internal salesperson that is dynamic, responsible, passionate, and preferably has sales experience to join their team.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: •Be proactive and have a positive outlook on life •Ambitious •Willing to go the extra mile •Be service oriented •Excellent telephonic, written and communication skills •Good organizational skills (Time management etc.) •Big heart •A can do attitude •Willingness to learn •Outgoing and confident •Fully computer literate •Highly numerateDaily responsibilities, but not limited to: •Assisting walk in customers (new customers or existing customers)
•Answering Calls (Cell & Hand held) •Calling on customers •Cold calling to generate new business •Responding to/sending Emails •Responding to WhatsApp messages from customers/external reps •Assisting external reps whilst they are on the road with either pricing, stock checks or processing orders •Invoicing all delivery notes •Attaching delivery notes to invoices •Updating price list on a monthly basis •Must be able to assist admin (if they’re not in/on leave) •Processing credit notes (not just for yourself but other reps as well, if they need assistance) •Assisting stores with invoices when they require assistance or when no one else is able to invoice stock •Assisting accounts/marketing with any queries they might haveRequirements: •Pleasant mannerism and etiquette (in person,
telephonically and with customers); •Excellent organizational and administrative skills; •Able to work without constant supervision and initiative to work ahead and / or take on work where and when needed.
