Individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of client ad accounts across multiple networks, including Google Ads (search & display), Google Shopping, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, X and platforms like TikTok etc.
Key part of the role will be proactively identifying opportunities for growth, making strategic decisions about budget allocation, and ensuring your rationale is communicated clearly to both clients and the wider agency team.
Minimum requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience managing Paid Media accounts across Google Ads (search), Meta, LinkedIn, X, and ideally TikTok (preferably within an agency environment or in the events industry).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Paid Media campaigns with measurable success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise client budgets effectively, ensuring maximum impact.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the business, including clients and internal teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience in digital media, with daily tasks including bid optimisation, landing page analysis, and evaluating campaign performance metrics (impressions, ROI, CTR, CPL, CPA, quality scores, auction insights).
- Proficient in tracking systems and Google Analytics, with experience in setting up GTM and basic tracking/goals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using platforms like Swydo / LookerStudio and the ability to recommend other reporting tools.
