Requirements:

- Business or industry related qualification.
- More than 15 years experience.
- Knowledge of the following systems: SAP (retail), Namos (fuel), Winbranch (fuel).
- Proven business and operational track record.
- Forecourt experience non-negotiable.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

- Management of all operations on site, Retail fuel forecourt, Diesel truck high canopy, Retail convenience shop, Ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc.
- Business management management of the business as a whole.
- Compilation and management of operational income and expense budgets.
- Management of all operational and administrative personnel on site.






- Implementation and management of on-site systems.
- Liaising with local and national authorities when required.
- Management of operational agreements.
- Stock management.
- Management of lease agreements.
- Management of franchise agreements.
- Management of third-party agreements (security, cleaning etc.)
- Any other duties that could reasonably be expected from a general manager.
