- The Group HR Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources across multiple African regions, including full-cycle recruitment, policy development, performance management, and employee benefits administration.
- The role demands a proactive approach to ensuring that all HR practices align with the company's vision and comply with current legislation.
Skills:
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook) strong in Excel.
- Experience managing HR in multiple African countries is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
(African laws would be advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, and POPI Acts.
- Experience with Sage Premier 5.8a or similar HRIS systems.
- Experience with BBBEE.
- Experience with Unions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Bcom in Human Resources Management.
- 5 years experience in an HR generalist role preferably within a multinational organization.
