Medical Malpractice Advisor

Job Purpose:
As a Medical Malpractice Advisor, you will focus on fostering growth, retention, and contract renewal through a service-oriented approach. You'll build strong relationships with policyholders Specialist Doctors and High Risk Specialist Doctors, manage regional events, and collaborate with the Advisor Administrator.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Communication & Reports: Support in preparing monthly reports by providing feedback on achievements and areas for improvement.
- Event Management: Attend events to boost brand presence and engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist clients, especially during policy renewals,
ensuring their needs are met.
- Lead Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to handle leads efficiently.
- Networking: Build connections with medical practitioners.
- Adherence to Processes: Regularly update internal reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Team Engagement: Participate in internal team meetings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with partners on regional projects.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing efforts as needed.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain ethical standards in all interactions.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Professional indemnity selling experience
- Experience in sales, medical repping, key account management
- Previous experience in client relationship management with specialist doctors
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry
- Matric, RE5 qualification, and FAIS compliance (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
