Universal Security Services and Maintenance is a reputable Security Company based in KwaZulu Natal, looking for an experienced Sales representative.
- Generating Leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contract with prospective clients
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining clients relationships
- Assisting with client queries
- Identify and target potential customers, including security companies, retailers,
dealers and other businesses within the related industry
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record of exceeding sales target.
- A proven track record of developing exceptional client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Self-generation of leads through cold calling.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent client orientation & negotiation skills.
- Provide security solutions and quotations with correct specifications for client applications.
- Must be able to bring two or more contracts in the space of three months of employment and afterwards one contract per month.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12, but preferably a recognized qualification in sales and marketing.
Atleast 3 years in the security industry as a sales representative or a similar position, with a proven track record.
Must have a valid Driver's licence with own vehicle.
