An massive Manufacturing corporate is currently looking for a suitable HR Administrator/Payroll- Time & Attendance for their head office and main plant which is based within the Northern suburbs of Pretoria. The suitable candidate should have working experience within a manufacturing environment and have sound timekeeping experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Link new employees on the system
- Maintain and update employees pay rules with employee's schedule changes
- Distribute overtime, absenteeism reports
- Ensure that timecards are signed off weekly by all approved line managers
- Compile and submit month end reports to all Heads of Departments including overtime, absenteeism and allowances
- Generate relevant time & attendance,
overtime, absenteeism, and allowance reports
- Reconcile all related payroll accounts (i.e. overtime, absenteeism, allowances)
- Assist the HR team with the recruitment process, skills development & training administration
- Minimum of three years working experience in processing Time & Attendnace
- Relavent completed qualification
- Must reside in relatively close proximity to the premises
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables)
- Experience with Time & attendance software programs
Package & Remuneration
R 430 000 CTC Per Annum
