Job Description:
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements.
- Manage the control assessment system (CATS).
- Assist with cash flow management.
- Act as contact for External Auditors and provide needed information.
- Address auditor queries.
- Complete Corporate Income Tax and related schedules.
- Assist with Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Handle Provisional Tax, Deferred Tax, and Monthly VAT Returns.
- Manage statutory submissions and filings.
- File Expat tax returns and resolve tax issues.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Conduct bi-annual Fixed Asset and Inventory counts.
- Prepare Fixed Asset Reports.
- Support month-end closing and back up the Finance Manager.
- Prepare journals and ensure accurate expense recording.
- Assist with monthly reports and manage deadlines.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- SAIT Accreditation is preferred
- Mcom in Taxation is beneficial
- Knowledge of Carbon tax is highly beneficial
- 5 to 8 years post article exposure is essential.
