We are looking for a highly energetic, hands-on leader with a knack for motivating and managing a high-performing team and a creative flair for online marketing and digital sales strategies.
You will be responsible for daily operations, driving sales and cultivating a customer-first culture while hitting sales targets
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A valid drivers license
Minimum 3 years of New Car Sales Management in a franchised dealership
Hands-on leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to drive results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
