Fluent in Swedish with advanced English skills
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application
Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise
Enjoy talking with people by phone and emails
Able to work in a fast-paced and competitive atmosphere
