Warehouse Manager - (Permanent) - Gauteng / Johannesburg Northern suburbs

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and team leadership.

With extensive experience in warehouse management, this role focuses on strategic planning, process improvement, and ensuring that the warehouse functions efficiently to support organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as Warehouse Manager.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities;






- Advanced understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics.
- MS Office & Proficient in warehouse management systems
- General Management Project Management
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse managers and staff.

- Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers, to optimize supply chain processes.

- Technology and Systems Management
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues to senior management.






- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve any complex issues or complaints related to warehouse operations.
