Key Outputs
- Interpretation of samples
- Distribute reports
- Assist customer walk in
- Search for customers, equipment & components on the web tool
- Assist data clerks with random queries
- Register new customers, amend existing customers information on SOS system / database
- Merge equipment / compartments
- Capture samples when the need arises and update customer fleet list
- Customer interaction-Assist customers with queries either telephonically or via email
- Manage scheduled oil sampling data and recommend preventative maintenance interventions
- Ensure effective self-management and performance ownership
- Achieve team Balance Scorecard.
- Achieve applicable Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Ensure Personal Development Action Plan is in place and adhere to
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Matric (Other qualifications / training advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SOS Interpretations
- Experience in SOS applications (i.e. SOS Service Manager; SOS web, etc.) advantage
- Analysing, troubleshooting and trending skills
- Demonstrated practical and theoretical training skills
- Sound interpersonal relationship skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office,
- Product knowledge
- Experience in analysing oil sampling and trends Advantage
