Our client has a requirement for a resource to fulfil the role of Senior Business Analyst for the duration of 12 months.
The suitable candidate is required to assist the team in Migrations reconciliation processes. requirements gathering in relation to the next stages of the project and if possible development.
Expected to know broad range of Murex modules BO MXML DataMart & Finance
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to :
Participate in the CLIENT teams regular agile sessions to plan and track items allocated.
Design functional and nonfunctional testing plans using recommended tooling to ensure quality assurance of proposed solutions.
This person will need to help design the solution (or components)
build test cases and add to our test harness run scenarios through said harness.
Build relationships and technical ties with upstream and downstream areas to partner on delivery of tasks outside of the immediate team.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders so that expectations are managed and communication is clear.
As this is a change project weekends may need to be used for Dress Rehearsals User Acceptance Testing and GoLives however these would be planned in advance.
Look actively for opportunities to shorten development timelines through continuous learning and development.
Refine go live runbook.
Support the CLIENT team during and after the implementation of the solution. Design Authority Participation
Where required the individual will have to provide input to design of sustainable new processes and products at the Murex Design Authority
Requirements
This will require candidates with advanced knowledge of the following :
Requirement documentation composing and analysis
Etrade Pad Risk Accounting DataMart Modules
Trade life cycle events
PnL & Risk Analysis
Trade Market Operations / Events
Product knowledge (Fixed Income Money Markets. Interest Rate Derivatives)
Migration analysis

Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) 3-5 years experience administering an ERP system.
Experience with ERP Systems advantageous Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. Must have experience managing projects,
setting up, deployment of information systems.
Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools / Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know) : Computer Literate Excel ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
