Ideal candidates with have :
- A sales-related or similar qualification is preferred
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and a track record of achievements (essential)
- Exceptional management and leadership skills and experience in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
