We're looking for an experienced Engineering Stores Controller for our Snackworks Rosslyn factory, with a strong background in food manufacturing and engineering store management.
Role Overview: As a Store Controller, you’ll manage engineering stock, ensure production continuity, and lead a small team. You’ll oversee stock accuracy, purchasing, and compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Job Specification:
Key Performance Areas:
- Health & Safety Compliance: Manage hazardous materials,
Personal Protective Equipment, and equipment in line with safety standards.
- Stock Management: Ensure stock accuracy, control inventory, and maintain SAP records for engineering stores and satellite locations.
- Food Safety: Implement 5S principles and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, AIB, and FSSC standards.
- Systems Management: Use SAP to manage stock purchasing, track inventory, and optimize stock levels.
- People Management: Lead a team, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify training needs.
Experience:
- 3+ years of engineering stores control experience
- Supervisory/management experience is essential
Qualifications:
- 3-year tertiary qualification in Inventory Management, Warehousing, Engineering, or related fields.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong SAP skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Background in FMCG/manufacturing
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations
